BRISTELL B23  Rotax 915

rotax 915

The aircraft has a maximum take-off weight of 750 kg and an empty weight of 450 kg, providing a payload of 290 kg. With a fuel tank capacity of 120 liters, the BRISTELL B23 is “a very good cruiser. The airframe is designed to last a long time and has a robust design,” says Milan Bristela.

NEW BRISTELL B23 WITH ROTAX 915

BRISTELL has produced more than 600 LSA aircraft worldwide and launched the BRISTELL B23, its next generation low wing aircraft. The B23 was designed in accordance with the European certification framework CS23 / U.S. FAR23. BRISTELL says he “listened to feedback from more than 600 satisfied customers around the world” before developing the new aircraft.

Although the aircraft is very similar to the classic LSA BRISTELL, there is actually much more to the new design. The fuselage is longer and the tail is larger, with an aluminum rudder; the flaps and stabilizer became larger and more efficient; the main landing gear composite legs have been completely redesigned to withstand much higher loads than previous Bristell models; and the aircraft's handling characteristics have improved significantly. In addition, the dual elevator control feature helps the pilot optimize stick forces.
Basic equipment includes a steerable nose wheel and a BRS ballistic parachute rescue system. The standard equipped aircraft also meets night VFR requirements and can be upgraded to IFR requirements.
